By configuring the Scheduled Export setting, you can set SDS data to be exported automatically at a specified frequency and time.
*Note: The "Scheduled Export Setting" function is a separate paid feature. Please contact your sales representative.
*Note: The "Scheduled Export Setting" function can only be configured by users with Administrator role.
Steps:
- Click the gear mark in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Scheduled Export Setting".
- Click "CREATE A NEW SCHEDULED EXPORT".
- Enter the required items and click "CREATE" to complete the creation.
- An email confirming the export completion will be automatically delivered based on the set conditions. Click link in the email to obtain the exported file.
Procedure for Editing and Deleting a Created Scheduled Export
You can edit or delete a created scheduled export by hovering your mouse over it.
Notes:
- The maximum number of periodic exports that can be created is 10.
- Editing and deleting a created periodic export can only be done by the creator.
