Exporting SDS Data in Standard CSV Format

You can download the analyzed content of SDS data from the SDS LIST in CSV format. 
*Note: Exporting SDS data in CSV format can be done by users with Administrator, Editor, and Download Viewer roles.

 

Steps:

  1. Click on "SDS LIST".
  2. Click the "EXPORT" button in the upper right corner.
  3. Select the "Export Target", set the "Export Type" to "Standard" and set the "File Format" to "Standard CSV (標準CSV)".
  4. Select the "Export Format" from "Per SDS (SDS単位)", "Per Product (製品単位)", or "Per Chemical(化学物質単位)".
  5. Select the character code (Shift-JIS is recommended for Windows) and click "EXECUTE EXPORT".

  6. An email containing the download URL will be sent to your own operated email address. 
    Click the URL in the email to download the file.
