Changing the Number of Years that Defines the Revision Status Condition

The default setting for the number of years that triggers the Requiring Revision status is set to 5 years elapsed, but it can be changed according to your desired number of years.
Note: The Revision Status setting can only be done by users with Administrator role.

Steps:

1. Click the gear mark in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Admin Settings".
2. Click "REVISION STATUS SETTING".
3. Set the number of years for the condition that triggers the "Requiring Revision" status and click "UPDATE" to apply the modification.
