Access will be only permitted from registered IP addresses.
You can register multiple IP addresses or delete them.
*Note: Access restriction is a separate paid feature. Please contact your sales representative.
Registering Individual IP Addresses Steps:
- Click the gear mark in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Security settings".
- Select "IP Address Restriction" tab.
- Click "+ADD WHITELIST IP ADDRESS".
- Enter the individual IP address you want to allow access from, and click "CREATE".
Registering CIDR Format IP Addresses:
CIDR format is a method of representing a range of IP addresses (network) by appending "/number" to the IP address.

Steps:
- Click the gear mark in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Security settings".
- Select "IP Address Restriction" tab.
- Click "+ADD WHITELIST IP ADDRESS".
- Enter the CIDR format IP address you want to allow access from, and click "CREATE".
Registering Multiple IP Addresses Steps:
- Click the gear mark in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Security settings".
- Click "BULK REGISTRATION WITH CSV FILE".
- Click "Download Sample CSV" to download the file.
- When you open the file, there will be examples listed as a sample.
After checking the examples, please delete the examples in rows 2 through 7.
Enter the data in Column A (ホワイトIPアドレス - Whitelist IP Address) and Column B (名前:管理用 - Name: for Management), and save the file.
*Note: Bulk registration of CIDR format IP addresses is also possible.
*Note: Rest assured that IP addresses already registered that are not included in the file you add will not be deleted upon file addition. - Click "BULK REGISTRATION WITH CSV FILE", select "ADD FILE" and upload it to register multiple IP addresses.
Notes:
- If no Whitelist IP addresses are registered, access is permitted from all IP addresses.
- If Whitelist IP addresses are registered, access is permitted only from the registered IP addresses.
- When registering an IP address for the first time, you must access the system from the IP address you wish to allow.
Registration will fail if the IP address you are currently logged in from does not match the IP address being registered during the initial registration. - If you want to change the name of an IP address, you must first delete that IP address and then set a new name upon re-registration.
- If you specify a CIDR format, it will be automatically corrected to the network address (e.g., ).
