”Login failed. Please check your email address or password again.”
This message is displayed in case of an email address or password error.
The email address or password used for login may be incorrect, or an account for the target email address may already have been created in another tenant.
Confirmation Method:
- Please double-check that the email address and password are correct.
- Note: If a new user was invited, the initial password is included in the invitation email.
- Please try resetting your password.
- Ask your tenant administrator to confirm that you have been successfully invited with the target email address.
"Login is not possible because account registration is incomplete. Please open the email titled "[Chemican] Please complete your account registration" and finish the registration."
This message is displayed when the account has not been authenticated.
If the URL in the email was not clicked during account registration, the account remains in an Registration Incomplete state.
Confirmation Method:
- Click the registration completion URL in the email sent upon invitation.
- If the URL has expired, please ask your tenant administrator to resend the account registration completion email.
- Note: If account registration is not completed within 14 days, the account will be deleted from the SDS List, so please re-invite them as a new user.
"The account registration completion URL has expired. Please perform the registration procedure again."
This message is displayed when the account registration completion URL has expired.
It is possible that you clicked the URL in the account registration email, but it had already expired.
The URL in the account registration email is valid for 24 hours.
Confirmation Method:
- If the URL has expired, please ask your tenant administrator to resend the account registration completion email.
- Note: If account registration is not completed within 14 days, the account will be deleted from the SDS List, so please re-invite them as a new user.
"No authority. There is a possibility that the IP address set in the Whitelist IP Address is different from the IP address used for login. Please contact your administrator. (IP Address)"
This message is displayed when the IP address is incorrect.
There is a possibility that the IP address set in the Whitelist IP Address is different from the IP address used for login.
Confirmation Method:
- The number listed at the end of the error message (e.g., 126.~.77) is your current IP address.
- Please contact your tenant administrator.
- If necessary, the tenant administrator should add or edit the Whitelist IP Address.

- The target user's email address
