The Revision Status allows you to check whether an SDS for the same product is categorized as "Latest Version", "Old Version", or "Requires Revision".
The system is designed to recognize them as the same if both the "Product Name" and "Company Name (Manufacturer)" exactly match.
Revision Status and Version List Display
Requires Revision:
SDS where both the Revision Date and the Supplier Confirmation Date have exceeded the set number of years for the revision status condition.
Latest Version (Empty):
An identical SDS exists, and the current SDS is the latest version.
Old Version:
An identical SDS exists, and the current SDS is not the latest version.
How to Remove the "Requires Revision" Display
The "Requires Revision" status is displayed when both the "Revision Date" and the "Confirmation Date with Supplier" have exceeded the set number of years for the revision status condition.
To remove the "Requires Revision" display, please have the supplier confirm the latest version of the SDS and register a date for the "Confirmation Date with Supplier" that is within the set number of years.
Steps:
- Click the target SDS and navigate to "SDS Details".
- Click "EDIT" in the upper right corner.
- Enter the latest date in one of the following fields, and click "SAVE" in the upper right corner to clear the "Requires Revision" display;
- "Revision Date" within "0. Basic Information" in the "SDS INFORMATION" tab.
- "Confirmation Date with Supplier" within "Version Information" in the "CHECK ITEMS" tab.
Notes
-
If the latest version of the SDS has not exceeded the set number of years for the revision status condition, the Revision Status column in the SDS List will be empty.
The determination of the Revision Status is made across all SDS uploaded to the corresponding tenant.
Therefore, the Revision Status is not dynamically linked based only on the SDS displayed after applying a filter on the SDS List.
