You can manage registered users.
*Note: User management can only be performed by users with Administrator role.
Editing Registered Users
Steps:
- Click the gear mark in the upper right corner of the screen and select "User List".
- Hover over the corresponding user and click "Edit User Information".
- After changing the items you wish to edit, click "UPDATE" to reflect the changes.
Deleting Registered Users
Steps:
- Click the gear mark in the upper right corner of the screen and select "User List".
- Hover over the corresponding user and click "Other Options (その他のオプション)".
- Click "Delete the Account (アカウントの削除)".
- Click "DELETE" in the confirmation pop-up.
Resending Account Activation Email to Unregistered Accounts
If the user did not click the URL in the email upon account registration or if the URL has expired, the account will be in an Registration Incomplete state.
In this case, re-sending the account activation email is necessary.
*Note: If registration is not completed within 14 days, the account will be deleted from the User List, so please re-invite them as a new user.
Steps:
- Click the gear mark in the upper right corner of the screen and select "User List".
- Hover over the corresponding user with the alert mark and click "Resend Activation Email to this User", then click "SEND" in the confirmation pop-up.
- An email containing the activation URL will be sent to the user.
*Note: This URL is valid for 24 hours from issuance.
*Note: If registration is not completed within 24 hours, please ask the administrator to resend the account activation email.
*Note: When the account activation email is resent, a new initial password will be issued, and only the new initial password will be valid.
Disabling an Account
Administrators can disable a user whose access they wish to temporarily suspend.
A disabled user will be forcibly logged out and cannot log in until re-enabled.
Steps:
- Click the gear mark in the upper right corner of the screen and select "User List".
- Hover over the corresponding user and click "Other Options (その他のオプション)".
- Select "Disable Account (アカウントの無効化)".
- Confirm the displayed details and click "DISABLE (無効化する)".
When disabling is executed, the following processes are performed automatically;
- The target user is immediately logged out.
- Session information and password are reset.
- All registered two-factor authentication settings are also invalidated.
Re-enabling an Account
To re-enable a disabled user, use the "Resend Activation Email to this User" function.
Steps:
- Click the gear mark in the upper right corner of the screen and select "User List".
- Hover over the corresponding user with the alert mark and click "Resend Activation Email to this User", then click "SEND" in the confirmation pop-up.
- The "Account Activation Email" will be sent to the user.
*Note: This URL is valid for 24 hours from issuance.
*Note: A new initial password will be automatically issued, and the previous password will no longer be usable.

- The issue that is occurring
- The target user's email address
- The target user's full name
