Downloading SDS PDF Files

Bulk Downloading Selected SDS PDF Files:

You can bulk download the PDF files of SDS selected from the SDS List.
*Note: The SDS Bulk Download function is available to users with Administrator, Editor, and Download Viewer roles.

 

Steps:

  1. Open the "SDS LIST" page.
  2. Click the checkbox on the left, and select "BULK OPTIONS".
  3. Click "SDS PDF DOWNLOAD" and then click "EXECUTE".
  4. An email containing the download URL will be sent to the email address used for the operation. 
    Click the URL in the email to download the file. 
    *Note: The download URL is valid for 72 hours.

 

Individually Downloading PDF Files for Each SDS:

You can download the SDS PDF file from the SDS Details page of the SDS List.
*Note: The SDS Individual Download function is available to users with Administrator, Editor, and Download Viewer roles.

 

Steps:

  1. Open the "SDS LIST" page.
  2. Select the corresponding SDS and click the gear mark in the upper right corner.
  3. Click "Download" at the bottom.

 

Notes:

  • The maximum number of items that can be selected for bulk download at one time is 3,000.
  • The maximum number of bulk download executions is 10 times per contract per month.
  • Individual downloads of SDS PDF files are not counted toward the execution limit for bulk downloads.
