About User Role

The ability to perform settings and operations varies depending on the user's role level. 
*Note: User Role Management is a separate paid feature. Please contact your sales representative.

Types of Role

Administrator:

• Can register SDS
• Can manage registered SDS data
• Can manage registered user information
• Can print and download SDS PDF files
• Can upload and download related files to SDS
• Can manage Tag and Departments
• Can manage IP addresses
• Can download CREATE-SIMPLE individual files
• Can export SDS data, Checklist data, and CREATE-SIMPLE Product DB
• Can edit the Company page

Editor:

• Can register SDS
• Can manage only the SDS data for which the user's affiliated department is responsible for
• Can print and download SDS PDF files
• Can upload related files only to SDS for which the user's affiliated department is responsible for
• Can download related files to SDS
• Can view registered SDS data and user information
• Can manage Tag
• Can download CREATE-SIMPLE individual files
• Can export SDS data, Checklist data, and CREATE-SIMPLE Product DB

Download Viewer:

• Can view registered SDS data and user information
• Can print and download SDS PDF files
• Can download related files to SDS
• Can download CREATE-SIMPLE individual files
• Can export SDS data, Checklist data, and CREATE-SIMPLE Product DB

Viewer:

• Can view registered SDS data and user information

List of Operation Availability by Role

※2: Editing/deleting SDS and assigning/removing Tag is only possible for SDS belonging to the user's affiliated department.
