Requesting Re-analysis of SDS Whose Revision Date is Over 5 Years Old:
If the upload date is more than 5 years after the latest revision date, only Chapters 1, 2, and 3 will be analyzed.
*Note: Due to a ministerial ordinance revision of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, as of April 1, April 1, 2023, it is required to "periodically confirm every 5 years whether there have been any changes regarding the effects on the human body." Chemican strongly recommends receiving the latest version from the supplier for SDS that are more than 5 years old from the latest revision date.
If you have a communication from the SDS supplier stating, "This is an old SDS, but please continue to use it as is", you can follow the steps below to perform a "REQUEST REANALYSIS".
Chemican will then treat it as the latest SDS and analyze the other chapters as well.
Steps:
- Click on "SDS List".
- Select the corresponding SDS, click "EDIT" in the upper right corner, and select the "CHECK ITEMS" tab.
- Change the "Confirmation Date with Supplier" to the date you confirmed with the supplier.
- Click "SAVE" in the upper right corner.
- Click "REQUEST REANALYSIS" in the upper right corner, enter the request details, and send the re-analysis request.
