Bulk editing (adding/deleting) is only possible for "Department" and "Tags".
Furthermore, you can edit a group of filtered SDS by combining this function with the filter function.
*Note: Editing SDS data can be done by users with Administrator or Editor role.
Steps:
- Open the "SDS LIST" page.
- Click the checkbox on the left and then click "BULK OPERATIONS".
*Note: Clicking "SELECT ALL SDS○○ ITEMS" allows you to select all SDS in the current list. - Click "BULK EDIT".
- Click the "ADD" or "DELETE" tab, select the target item, and then click "ADD" or "DELETE" in the bottom right corner to apply the change.
Behavior of Tags During Bulk Editing:
- The addition or deletion is executed only for the selected target "Department" or "Tag".
- "Department" or "Tag" that are not targeted are not affected at all.
- Note on Adding: If the selected SDS does not have the corresponding Department or Tag attached, assign it.
- Note on Deleting: If the selected SDS has the corresponding Department or Tag attached, delete/remove it.
Note:
- For users with Editor role, only the department to which the user belongs can be selected.
