You can collectively modify registered user information and invite new users in bulk.
Note: The bulk user registration and bulk change function can only be done by users with Administrator role.
Items That Can Be Registered/Changed:
- Email Address (Registration only)
- Last Name / First Name / Middle Name
- Department
- Position
- Contact Phone Number
- Role
- Analysis Result Email
Steps:
- Click the gear mark in the upper right corner of the screen and select "User LIST".
- Click the "DOWNLOAD CSV" button to download a CSV file containing the currently registered user information.
- Edit the downloaded CSV file using Excel or similar software.
- When adding new users, enter "New" in column J.
- Note: Registration of department names that have not been created in the Department Master is not possible. Please create the relevant departments in the Department Master first before using this function.
- Click "CSV UPLOAD" and upload the edited CSV file to update the user information.
Notes:
- The only supported file format for upload is CSV.
- Users not listed in the CSV file will not be automatically deleted.
